HEC Business School graduate with a PhD in Management Science, Bernard has extensive experience in operational and strategic roles within large companies including SEB and SFR.
An associate director at IMPP since 2010, Bernard has headed up major projects on behalf of manufacturers and retailers in the FMCG and food services sectors, applying his specialist knowledge of:
- Skills and organisational auditing and organisational transformation support,
- Category vision and alignment of category and marketing strategies,
- Implementation of growth-driving processes and tools,
- Learning designer and course developer (strategic CatMan, retail CatMan and CatMan for sales teams).
